Appalling customer service

Received the most appalling behavior from boxer Flagstaff next to shoprite by their management and supervisors because they were protecting a cashier called athini mvela something and a mr M Mdantsane phone number ***. I bought a powerload voucher valued R500 athini gave me a Hollywood voucher when I went to rectify the mistake they made it my fault mr mdatsane went as far as saying he is the authority and nobody is beyond his power. Ridiculed me infront of customers. That shop needs a review of stuff. They are still refusing to sell me a powerload voucher. I'll go as far as notifying addpay about this
