Appalling customer service

Appalling service from the branch Manager Chandos.I asked the ladies at the till to assist with a cash send from capitec they were refusing to assist I asked Chandos if the entire store could not have R1700 this is in the afternoon and he rudely said to me that No we don’t have. This service and attitude is coming from the manager I am not shocked at how the cashiers act as they following the leader literally. If boxer is not willing to service Capitec clients best they don’t offer it as service as we go there seeking assistance only to receive attitude.
