Angry customer

So I went to Boxer liquor (protea Glen) because of the special that was advertised. I get there none is in stock, I request to see the manager because the reason I went there is because of that special. The teller refuses me to see the manager and tells me there's nothing they can do. I mean why is it advertised when one will never get it. The service at boxer is mediocre.
