Amazing customer service

I went to buy my mom butternut, selected them and went to the scale to get a barcode, however when i get to till to make a purchase i get turned away because there was nothing that could be done as the barcode isn't scanning. i looked for the manager and the officer came to my aid and takes me to the office, i found a lady who was willing to help as the manager was on the line of which she did with excellence she made sure i got the stuff i needed. Thanks for making me feel appreciated!!
