Airtime voucher

I bought a airtime voucher at Boxer Lenz(Top shops)Telkom R100 and I got to the taxi to put the airtime the voucher pin is in valid since yesterday so today I call Telkom they say they can't assist me okay....shap

I try to call boxer customer service I have been hold with no assistants,I won't lie the lady that was assisting was so friendly Oyisa can I just have my R100

NB:YR AIRTIME VOUCHER ITS NOT GOING THROUGH AND I DO I UNDERSTAND THAT THEY ARE NO REFUNDS JUST HELP TO LOAD THIS VOUCHER R100 IT'S TO MUCH MONEY.
