Abusive security and manager at boxer protea glen

Went shopping for bread at boxer Protea Glen. After paying and making may way out the shop didn't feel like standing in another que just so my slip can be singed, I walked out. I had not bought a shopping so I had three loafs in on hand slip and change in another. A security guard at the door put out his hand and called out slip I looked back and continued to walk away. He then reached out and grabbed my hand pulling me backwards. I stopped and asked him to let go, he then started grabbing on my walkie talkie when i refused he grabbed my hand. Apon approaching the manager a guy named Welcome tried to assist only to belittle and humiliate me stating its law for the security to forcefully go through our parcels. i eventually got the manager who himself told me if i feel that this is wrong i should shop elsewhere. this is worrying because this is not the first this has been brought to light, yet we still suffer as if we are ********* when we are clients how does a security manhandle a person for the manager to force him to apologise should we stop buying from locally because we afraid of being bul**** in our own communities for spending our money
