Abusive Security

At around 17:35 I was entering the store to purchase electricity of R100. Upon the entrance of the store I was harshly stopped by security guard that wanted to search me using his scanning machine and I asked him why am I being searched while entering the store? The guard didn't give an answer but he gave an attitude and I should leave the store. I asked him to identify himself so I can lodge a complaint against him, he refused to tell me his name all he said was if I don't abide by his rules I should leave the store upon that he pushed me. I asked him to call his supervisor and supervisor came and I asked for his name cause I did identify myself to him he also refused and told me to leave the store. I asked the supervisor to let me speak to the Boxer management that felt on deaf ears as well and their solution was for me to leave their store. My question is since when is the customer being searched upon entering the store? The attitude that these guys gave me was uncalled for and I had to argue with them for nearly 15 minutes just for being searched. Is this the new Boxer code of conduct to chase the customers away for asking about his customer right? How do you expect me to return to such store when I was humiliated like that in front of other customers. I was iltreated I felt like ***** more than a mere customer who came to buy in the store. I wish you can handle this matter with urgency cause you're about to loose a customer cause of someone negligence. The security company's name was not visible for me to get the name of the company but all of this is on the entrance cameras store.
