5 cents change not refunded to clients.

When 5 cents were no longer in circulation, a number of retailers started rounding off change to the nearest 10 cents. An example is Spar, Shoprite...

Boxer still round our change to the nearest 5 cents and not give it to clients because they don't have it on their tills. Many clients might easily ignore 5 cents, but problem starts when you total them into profit generated *********ly.

If you don't trust me, please check your receipt if you will get your 5 cents back. Yes, if you question it, they give you 10 cents. I have observed this for years now, different provinces. Tried contacting them, but not taking the matter serious.
