Extremely poor customer service

I have found their remote support assistance deplorable. Their response time is extremely slow and unhelpful. Additionally, you can only contact them via email. They have not been able to get the wifi working in my apartment for over a week, despite constantly contacting them to try resolve the issue. I am extremely dissatisfied with the level of service I have received.
