Worst Customer and After Sales Service Ever!!!

I will never make the mistake of buying this brand ever again!!! It's been 3 months of emails and phone calls to Bounce King and they simple keep on telling you the same story, send us pictures and your address, which you do, then they tell you they must send it to their parts department which will send you the quotation for the part and then nothing!! You never hear from them again until you phone them or email them, just to repeat the whole thing again. Their customer service is non existing!!
