Bounceking bad after service
I bought a Bounceking trampoline from Makro, last year October I wanted to order replacement parts which Makro doesn't sell so I contacted Bounceking directly. Spoke to Monte and Leony on several occasions where they rep**** they do have the parts. I requested a quotation in order to pay and order, but till today nothing, no responses on phone or via email although I keep on following up. I am so disappointed in Bounceking non after service.

Bounce king trampoline is not a good product
Bought the 10 inch trampoline on 21 September 2025 Frame is bending... its not safe for my kids and not value for money. I should mention that the frame is thinner than my previous trampoline. It is in the same area as my previous one. Previous one lasted over 10years, before the mat was irreparable.

Poor cradtmanship
Bought a 12ft bounceking recently. First one lasted three days took it back to Makro got another one that one last one week. Very poor craftsmanship, welding poor. Buying a bounceking is a hazard!!!! Stay away
