Spare Parts... what a joke! NO spares offered!

I have been trying to get spare parts for my BOUNCE KING trampoline since the 3rd February 2015.<br> <br> I have provided all the specs and rep**** to every email they have written to me, but it's been over a month since I last heard from ANYONE at BOUNCE KING and the last I was told was that they were waiting for the Jo'berg office to confirm if they have the parts!
