No service.

I have been trying for weeks now to get a new enclosure net for my trampoline. I've sent 2 emails, left one message on their phone system(phone only rings when you hold on for a consultant), tried to order through Makro, with no luck. It's so ironic, as they sell the enclosure net with the trampoline to meet safety standards, but when you try to order a new one, there is just no way of getting one. So, I would not recommended for anyone to buy bounceking trampoline, as it is impossible to order spare parts afterwards. Very frustrating
