No after sale service from Makro's trampoline provider, Bounceking.

I have been trying since March 2020 to get a quote and buy replacement parts for our BounceKing Trampoline. Makro and Game sell these trampolines but not the replacement parts.

The after-sale customer service, however, is shocking. You get some feedback up to a point and then nothing further. I've not managed to get a quote from Zuziwe or Andile at Bounceking after several e-mails and phone calls to both.

If I had known the fantastic website and promise of a long term investment were unreliable, I would have bought something else - I cannot let children jump on the trampoline as is as it is a serious safety risk.
