Bounceking spares- no service

Useless. Their website states you can get spares for even the older trampolines. After numerous emails and unreturned calls I have given up! When I finally did get hold of them I was told they dont manufacture the poles locally but import them. They have no stock. They also have no idea when they will have stock.

Apparently if I bring the trampoline in they can see if they can make a pole? Surely they have the sizes and specs there? How can I be expected to bring an entire trampoline in for one aluminium pole?

Ridiculous!
