Bounceking - shocking customer service

We bought a trampoline made by Bounceking in Oct 2018. It has a 12 month waranty. One of the main top sections broke. I have been in contact with them since May. This thing is actually quite dangerous for the kids; there has been no apology nor a resolution and they are simply ignoring my mails. It is disgusting.
