Bounceking customer service sucks

We bought a bounceking trampoline in 2018. I moved house and someone reassembled it for me, obviously not to standard coz ine of the poles that keep the net up as a safety measure broke. For the last 4 months i have requested a quote to replace all 4 poles and for someone to come assess the trampoline and reassemble if mecessay, to no success. They just dont respond to your emails. I dont mind paying call out etc but their after sales service really sucks. I would not recommend buying a bounce king. Actually a 1 star rating is way to good for the service i have received
