Bounce King: Worst company ever!

If I could give this company a zero I would. Initial contact was rep**** to from "Tshego Mochubi". I sent him the details of the replacement mat I needed, just to never hear from him again. I sent him more than 10 messages, just to never hear from him.

My previous experience was pretty much the same. After payment I waited for almost 2 months before the product was delivered.

Do not use Bounce King, Do not use Bounce King's products, do not even attempt to contact Bounce King! And do not think you will ever #WIN with Bounce King!
