Bounce King trampolines

I have sent this company's customer service several requests for assistance to no avail.

I have never experienced this type of service ever.

I'll probably phone them this week if I don't hear back from them after my 4th attempt.

The quality of their trampolines are shocking as we bought another brand trampoline a couple of years back & it lasted us years but the one from Bounce King have not lasted even six months.

If this was only I could still understand it's only us experiencing this type of quality but I have met probably six other couples who are also complaining about the quality of their products.

Let me know if anybody else is experiencing the same type of service as I would not want to leave it much longer. We have to fight for quality products & no feedback on any other e-mails is not acceptable.
