Bounc King / M5 Sports group, pathetic service!

I wish i could give them a - rating. What a pathetic company in my opinion! Bounce king is part of the M5 Sports Group, who is a distributor of products to Game and Makro. One of the brands they distribute is the bounc-king trampoline range which was purchased at one of the retailers mentioned above. In store they offer they have spare parts available on the distributors website which I've checked and they do offer this on their site. This is one of the reasons why i opted for this brand because should something damage due to usage, i can at least buy a spare part. However, when you contact them, with a very simple request for a basic spare part, then the do not bother to help you. They promise to get back to you, but it is all lies! At a stage i asked to speak to the director named Dorothy, and they simply dropped my call which is extremely disrespectful. I sent mails asking Dorothy to contact me but this has also been ignored. I tried to phone this Dorothy, who is supposed to be the Director of the company, on the mobile number provided to me, but my call was not answered giving me the impression that this person does not care about the customer or offering any form of service. This says a lot about the company if the director is even not bothered to get back to customers and ignoring customers. In my opinion, they are misleading the consumer and doing false advertising as they are not able to supply spare parts when needed. I would strongly recommend anybody who may consider to purchase any of their products, products include the bounc-king trampolines, trojan equipment etc to not buy this as if you may need a part or service after your store warranty expires, you will not be able to get help from them as they do not care. Sies M5 Sports Group, you are an disgrace of an company in my eyes!
