Unprofessionalism

I went for Covid-19 tests and was sent back two consecutive days(Tuesday and Wednesday) being told that I need to have a car in order for Swaps to be taken. On Thursday I then borrowed a car and went back to Botshelong, then waited for more than an hour while favours were done with Swabs being done on people who came after me and others were walk ins. At that point in time my wife's been struggling to breathe and the Staff wasn't professional at all. I ended up complaining to them about their work ethics. Not even sure if the sample will go to the right place
