I would like to express my deepest gratitude and appreciation to Nurse Paulina for the exceptional care she provided to me during my hospital stay, particularly during her night shifts.(ward 107 A) 26 June 2026. Being admitted to hospital can be a frightening and overwhelming experience, especially during the long and quiet nights when patients often feel vulnerable and anxious. However, Nurse Paulina's kindness, professionalism, and compassionate nature made an incredible difference in my recovery journey. From the very first moment she attended to me, she treated me with dignity, respect, and genuine care. She was always polite, patient, and approachable, no matter how busy the ward became. Her warm smile and reassuring words brought comfort during difficult moments and made me feel safe and cared for. What stood out the most was her generosity of spirit and willingness to go above and beyond her duties to ensure that I was comfortable. She regularly checked on me, responded promptly whenever I needed assistance, and never made me feel like I was a burden. Her attention to detail and commitment to providing excellent patient care were truly remarkable. Nurse Paulina demonstrated not only exceptional nursing skills but also extraordinary compassion and humanity. She showed empathy, understanding, and genuine concern for my wellbeing, qualities that cannot be taught but come from a true passion for caring for others. Healthcare professionals like Nurse Polina are the backbone of our hospitals, and her dedication deserves recognition. She exemplifies what nursing is all about — compassion, professionalism, kindness, and selfless service to others. Thank you, Nurse Paulina, for your outstanding care, your gentle manner, and your unwavering dedication during your night shifts. Your kindness will never be forgotten, and I am incredibly grateful to have been under your care during my time in hospital. You are truly an asset to your hospital and a shining example of excellence in nursing. I wish you continued success and blessings in your career as you continue touching and changing the lives of so many patients every day.

Bad service they don't care. Admitted but the doctor didn't come to see my daughter for 2 days . after that when we are out we find out that the doctor is not on the network of the medical aid Im using. How did they admit her under the doctor that is not under my medial aid . Now I have to pay for the doctor who only came to see my daughter on Sunday afternoon while we were admitted on Friday. She only came to discharge her.

Good day, My son’s leg got broken while he was playing football , then he was rushed to hospital at 17:00, he was still not being attended 3 hours later when I got there, I was so furious & asked the receptionist to call for sister in charge, she came after 30min, my son was in so pain, finally when they came to attend to us their treatment was so cold they were dragging their feet , no sense of urgency , the xray indeed confirmed that my son was broken by then his leg was swollen, Dr Happy was the only person that knew why we were there, in short never use that hospital rather just go to Thelle,
