Dr Yombo 's Bad Attitude towards patients

On new years day I took my daughter to the hospital for hand injury, the doctor on call (Dr Motshekwane) said we should come back the following day for a splint. On our second visit the guy that was supposed to insert the appliance on the child's finger told us that they don't have the appliance in stock. He wanted to turn us back and the child was in pain, I asked if the available doctor can maybe come and give us an alternative prescription. The doctor on call which is Dr Yombo gave us a bad attitude saying he doesn't have time to explain, he is busy. And he was just sitting there doing nothing. I feel disrespected by Dr Yombo, he treated us like we are in a public hospital. The person in charge was there when all that happened but she ignored, when we wanted to lay the complain she also gave us bad attitude until we mention that we are taking the matter to the MEC, then she started giving us attention. I so disappointed with the fact that we pay the hospital for them to treat us like that.
