I have been admitted to this hospital twice. The first admission was to deliver my baby. That experience was seamless and pleasant

Now recently I was admitted for a day procedure in the medical ward. This experience was unpleasant. The nurses were have zero bedside manner. I did submit a complaint at the hospital and nobody bothered to give me a call to find out about my complaint.

It had a public hospital feel meanwhile I am paying for their services. It was really unfortunate that my medical aid Discovery also forces to me go to one hospital whether I am happy about it or not.
