Bad service at BOTSHELONG hospital

We were involved in an accident Sunday the 27th of February 2022,my child was the one who was injured, the paramedics arrive at the rite time and she was taken to BOTSHELONG hospital, what a very bad stinking service from the doctors down to the nurses!!!! We arrived at about 3:30pm but we got a attension at 17:12 after we asked them to release the child so that we can go to another hospital, I was surprised the doctor told us that she didn't know there was a patient lying on the bad at casualty, my child catchup flue there cause it was cold and there was no one to attend us, we were told thers a shortage of staff, I will never ever go to BOTSHELONG hospital again, their service is very bad, poor, and stinking!!
