Bad service and attitude

Got admitted in Botshelong private clinix was given attitude by a nurse named Celimpilo when I needed to visit the levetory. I was even assisted by another patient. And the ****** nurse said I could have ring a bell. As I did more than 3 times being pressed. As I waited for 30 minutes for my bed to be changed because it was not adjustable. Now I have to wait for the ****** nurse to help me get to the wheelchair. This is pathetic and stinking. Train your staff. I am not paying for such nonsense. I've been to Life casternhof, Life Glynwood, netcare Sunward and never experienced such nonsense. Fix this....... Even their ****** Air con is not working
