Dear Dr. Timothy Taylor, I honestly do not even know where to begin thanking you for everything you have done for Astro and for me during one of the most difficult and emotional times of my life. From the very first moment, your kindness, patience, compassion, and dedication stood out in a way I have never experienced before. You did not just treat Astro like another patient — you treated him with genuine care, love, and respect, and that means more to me than words could ever fully explain. Thank you for taking the time to explain everything to me in such incredible detail. You stood with me and carefully explained Astro’s X-rays, his condition, and what was happening with his heart. You even drew pictures to help me understand better. That level of care and effort is something truly special and rare. I could see that this is not just a job for you — it is your passion and your calling. You also took the time to calm me down when I was overwhelmed and emotional, and somehow you even managed to calm Astro down too. In such a terrifying moment, your calmness and reassurance helped more than you probably realize. What touched me the most was your phone call this morning to check in on Astro. I have never met a vet who goes out of their way to do something so thoughtful and caring. That phone call showed me the kind of person you truly are — someone who genuinely cares about the animals and families he helps. You are honestly a Godsend to us. In a world where compassion can sometimes feel rare, you reminded me that there are still truly amazing people who dedicate their lives to helping others with kindness and heart. Poor client handling during discharge – Monte Vista branch
We recently had our dog admitted and treated through CitiVet (Monte Vista branch). After reviewing the invoice at home, I can confirm that the final amount was in line with the estimate provided. The concern is not the billing itself, but how the situation was handled at discharge. At the time, we were confused about how the total was calculated in relation to the deposit already paid. Instead of being calmly guided through a clear breakdown of total vs paid vs outstanding, I was interrupted while trying to understand the figures, which created unnecessary pressure and escalated the situation. As I was leaving, I was told to report the practice and a card was waved at me in a manner that felt dismissive and confrontational, rather than helpful or professional. This feedback is not about disputing the bill, but about the lack of professionalism and the way the situation was handled.
