WAITING 12 MONTHS TO COMPLETE ONE MODULE

I have been a Boston student since 2017. Studied Paralegal before. My student advisor is on maternity leave. June 2022 results release had problems. On the first release i didn't do well on a module. On the the second release i did well.

I relaxed waited for graduation dates etc. On the 26 i requested a transcript only to get response on the 5 July 2022 that i failed one module. A day after supp was closed.

All this misunderstanding and misinfo i am the only one paying for it.

All i want now is an opportunity to be registered and complete my degree in 2022.

That is all i am requesting.
