Totally disappointed

So in 2015 March i graduated from Boston City Campus (Springs). A month or 2 after graduation i want to the School to fetch my grad photos n my certificate, to my surprise i couldnt get my certificate coz i ddnt order it and i ddnt know anything about ordering the certificate. Ok i agreed to order it but then again i was told i couldnt get it because i ddnt complete my studies, there was one module that i failed. How does one graduate if studies r not complete? I was sent back and forth until the last time i went they told me the former principal left n she was commiting ***** with the students. I have no idea what she was doing but i know i had completed my studies n graduated but all they tell me is that i have a module that i must re-do from scratch and pay for it again :( :(
