they dont care about the students
i am student at boston benoni branch, doing my 1st year second semeste. Been waiting for one of my textbook but only been told yesterday that they will send me a link to access it eletronically. So when i got the link i immediately used it at work however when i got home to finish off my assignment the link would not allow me as apparently needs to be used once and with the same device (work device). I told them my challenge that i work best when i am home can i please request another link the response once it wont work from another computer due to the licence rights but now what am i to do coz i need to do my assignment and no provision was made for me to have another link they just left me with that answer and clearly cant do my assignment.

The prescribed textbook for this module is unfortunately only available in e-format, there are no hard copies of this specific textbook nationwide. All students who were issued with e-books in this semester will receive a hard copy of this book in Semester B of 2022 when we move over to the latest edition. As I have additional e-links on hand, we will issue you with a second e-book to use on your second device.
