Thank you for going an extra mile

I would like to commend on how the nature of my complaint was handled @ Boston Business College I logged a complaint with hello peter regarding Boston City Campus , Reinette called me and she asked me to come and see her she explained to me the new procedures that was implemented after I left the college to date she promised that she will get back to me with feedback after she spoke with the head office of which she did adhere to her promise and she told me that the only way I could obtain my diploma is to re-register for other modules in order for me to get my qualification , thank you Reinette and her team for going an extra mile I will definitely re register for the modules left
