Student Advisor never responded to my emails

Good day,

At the beginning, my student advisor answered my enquiries and was doing a great job. Then when I needed assistance again, my student advisor assisted me and I provided the necessary documents as I did my part as well.

After that, my student advisor (from Boston City Campus) never responded to my emails ever again. I kept emailing but no response and no automatic email message.

There has been no communication for 2 weeks.

I am disappointed and would have appreciated further communication. Even when I was a Trainee, I was told by a Personal Assistant "You do not tell them to call back. You call them back".

Please let me know if you have a job offer for me so that I ensure that other customers(and students) do not experience the same situation as me.
