Struggling to get help

So i joined Boston in 2013 aug and in march 2014 had a accident. Since then i have been trying to get them to refund me some money the previous principal told me so much lies and that personal issues are not a reason for refund and then they got a new principal that i still cant get any awnsers from no one in head office wants to help me they are summoning me for student fees which a i was not aware of and b i did not study they are sitting with R18000 of me and i only did 2 subjects that i dont mind paying for but i do mind that they do not want to help me so we can come to a conclusion on what to do so can someone that knows what they doing and can help me sort this out please help. Since 2014 i have been struggling we in 2016 now
