struggling student

Dear madam / Sir please help me with my situation early this year January I went to Boston College to apply for for my sports management certificate which I lost. I have been doing follow up on it but with no luck I can't get any help from them. They have been giving me the run arounds, I even paid for it and I also sent the manager email regarding my certificate. It's been 9 months now waiting for my certificate and they told me it only takes two weeks. But to my surprise it's more than that please help me with this matter. my name is kagiso Samuel Nkoe
