Refund

I sought for funding at Fundi as I was intending to study at Boston. Later, I made the decision to go and rewrite my matriculation. I cancelled the loan with Fundi and unfortunately, they have already paid for Boston. I notified Boston that I will no longer register with them and asked them to refund Fundi their money. They have been sending me from pillar to post, and Fundi is deducting their money from my mother, and it has put a strain on her finances. Kindly assist with this query.
