refund

I wanted to study at Boston part time, i send an email requesting a quote on Diploma in Financial Account.I got a response within no time. I made an EFT payment, when i went to submit the documents for registration i was told that they have quoted me for incorrect course and i dont meet the requirements to enroll for the course. I have asked for a refund that was on the 11th of March and i was told it will only take 2 weeks to refund i should send them the statement. i did send my bank statement on the same day(11 March 2016) but even today i still haven't receive the refund and they are sending me from pillar to post no one knows when i will be refunded
