Poor Service/ Bad attitude

<p>I hereby express my disappointment on the level of service I received today from the Pietermaritzburg college administrator. It has caught me by surprise that such a reputable learning institution has some employees who lack qualities of professionalism. The overall service received from the Boston College Pietermaritzburg administrator has left me with a rather bitter taste about the Campus. The manner of approach accompanied with a pulled up face, bully, bossy tone of voice was beyond terrible </p> <p> </p>
