Poor Service

<p>My dauther (Student no ********** 1) enroled in March 2015 for Senior Bookkeeping course at Kempton Park Boston City Campus.</p> <p> </p> <p>1st: the course was not properly explained in detail.</p> <p>2nd: waited for study material for a week longer after it was been pre-ordered.</p> <p>3rd: assistant at Boston that helps with ICB subjects, could explain some of the work properly.</p> <p>4th: the assistant that helps with ICB subjects was more abcent due to personal matters nl, going to home affairs in working hours.</p> <p>5th: regarding Pastel, was not notified that a period of 6months are given to complete the exam (was under the impression that it has to be written after it has been booked).</p> <p>6th: was not notified via call, text or email for the graduation seromony for June 2016.</p> <p>7th: staff is not properly trained to mark tests or to assist student with subjects.</p> <p>8th: poor communication and feedback regarding exams, assessment and to obtain certificates.</p>
