PAY BACK THE MONEY

Enrolled at Boston in aug 2013 had a motorcycle accident march 2014. Since 2014 i have been struggling to get some help finally got someone to listen to my case got the dr note as asked but now they want more notes that at this stage is impossible to get if someone just helped me in 2014 we would not be struggling with this problem it is not my fault the previous principal did not do her work. Oky so without that paper they will not deduct their money and give me the rest back but figure i must continue with my studies but they would not take any liability or responsibility if something happens to and from class. I have bad seizures and they just happen hence the cant continue and their unnecessary trauma and stress is working in on my health. I just cant see why they cant take their money and give me mine back is that really so much to ask. So what should i do next?
