Not returning calls

I have been trying to get information on a course that I would like to study, but have received no feedback yet. I completed the contact info on their website and was told that I would receive a response within 48 hours. Someone did call me back 4 days later in order to let me know that someone from the Bellville office would contact me within 48 hours. It still has not happened. I have tried phoning the Bellville office myself, but either the "guy I need to speak to" is on lunch, or they are not answering their phones. Today they are not answering their phones. I would really like to study for this course, but after seeing the poor ratings on Hello Peter, I am very concerned. My colleague also studies at Boston City Campus and he has not even received all his text books for this semester even if the assignments were already due. Should I go elsewhere?
