Not receiving my transcript/ Certificate being told i must contact third party.

I am so disappointed with Boston service as their client and student, i have been asking for my transcript for 3 weeks already and the unfortunate part is that i had a new opportunity that had to pass by while i am having issues receiving my transcript, i am being taken from pillar to post. I am being told to contact the third party that i don't know to get my certificate. I sent an email to Liza the manager, who told me to send the proof of payment but still told me the third party will assist me. I called 3 weeks ago and decided to write them an email but still no help. No guidance, no follow up and i don't care attitude.
