I hope this message finds you well.

I am writing to kindly request a formal document or certificate as proof that I was enrolled in and successfully completed certain subjects in the IT program with your institution.

While I passed several subjects, I unfortunately did not pass the CompTIA A+ exam. However, I would appreciate it if you could provide a record or statement confirming my studies, including the subjects I successfully completed. This documentation is important for my professional portfolio as I continue to build my career in IT.
