Non Credit bearing course and certificate

In 2014 i registered for a course (Human Resource Management and Practices Support) with Boston. Before registering, i did a bit of a research about it and learned that it was credit bearing (120 credits), otherwise i wouldn't have chosen the course if it didn't have credits. Now, because i was doing it part time, it took me longer to complete the course, but fortunately i pass all my modules. So the campus only gave me the transcript (showing all the modules i did and the marks). But on this transcript there's a line there that states that this is a "non credit bearing short learning programme. The candidate may qualify for exemption in terms of RPL". What is this? I mean i paid R26000+ for this course to be told that it's non credit bearing. Is this some kind of a joke? Who, in their right minds, would go and waste money on a course that is not even recognised? I need clarity on this or can i ask to be refunded my money!

One more thing, who do i contact with regards to my certificate? i want my certificate. Why do you guys take longer to issue certificates?
