No Registration but monies are paid in cash!

A colleague and I Nushard Haywood have done an online application last Friday the 12/02/2016 and a total of R 28900.00 x2 has been paid by our employer to them, as per Pule classes start on the 17/02/2016 which is today??? and still all we have received are reference numbers with no indication of an acceptance or anything?? Our employer has paid the monies in cash and we expect feedback regarding this as we do not want to miss any classes??? I called the contact centre and they have reffered me to the Braamfonetin branch so we could find out if we could start today and also change the campus we are going to to the one opposite Carlton centre in JHB cbd as its closer to where we reside... but with no avail, the phone has been ringing for the past hour??? I mean should our applications not have been done already???? if they cannot accommodate us today, then the company should be refunded by the end of this week, as this implies that our business is not important to you.
