No Certificate Received

I was given the wrong information about the whole process of applying and getting a certificate for a Reception and Secreterial Course. I app**** for a Reception and Secreterial course late March, I had also two other modules I had to finish from Project Managent, they told me I can apply for Reception and Secreterial and also finish my other two remaining modules for Project Management and get my certificates for both Reception and Secreterial and Project Management. Now I had finished my Reception and Secreterial course beautifully but problem is now they telling me I can't get my certificate as they did not put me in the ICAS system for Reception and Secreterial but only for Project Management. This is sad news for me because am young and looking for a job and no job will hire me if I only have a transcript because they said its all they can give me a transcript. Basically I wasted a year in a course studying and writing exams for only to find out it was pointless. Please assist me with the above mentioned on how I can get BOTH my certificates or atleast a full one because this is my future we talking about.
