No books, Bad service!

Somerset West branch never has their books on time. Various calls to them fall on deaf ears. Their response is to wait. Last semester my daughter received the books way after the semester started. This semester same story, books not available yet. They don't return my calls either. We paid the course upfront then dont receive the service.
