Missed Registration due to being ill

So Im supposed to be a 2nd year student at Boston City Campus, however this is not coming to light as seems that at Boston you as an a individual are not allowed to get sick, Im not sure if Boston maybe put a few doctors through them, but is Bostons advisors and Register doctors themself, I was given my quotation to study, 1st Boston send me 3 bank statements that were incorrect (professionalism was missed here some how) after getting the correct statement, my company made payment 2 weeks later on the 18 August in time before their cut of date of the 19 th August, I unfortunately I lost my phone and fell extremely ill and was not in work, I had no access to my mails, documents, printer or phone till I got back to work, I got back into work on Monday the 25th August to which the 1st thing I did was get in contact with my advisor at Boston to explain my situation, I have asked them to please look at me still registering as Im only 3 days out, To which the register stated that I can not as I did not fill in the contract, the contract was sent to me on the 18th of August when I was already ill, I could not do anything until the 25th when back in work, I how ever had to wait for Boston to respond if they going to except my registration before I can send the contract, The money has been paid into Boston, yet I was told I can start in January the next semester and they will invoice me, how can you want to invoice me when you have already been paid so what happens to those funds, I need this matter resolved as I can not let 6 months pass by or a year before I start again, I'm sure that the Dean or whom ever is at the head can look into the matter and understand that Humans do get ill and sick, I have advised that i can submit my doctors note as well, has no educator or person at Boston ever fallen ill that something was delayed because of them being sick.
