Good day I am very livid with how your institution is conning students, I registered for Network Tecnician certification and I was allocated a student advisor who could not help me with anything very clueless could not answer any of my questions could not even give clarity on any of my concerns. Well he suddenly left and I was allocated another one who could not do anything . Then I got a 3rd student advisor who seem promising and started helping with a lot of what I needed (very helpful gentlemen). From the 1st student advisor I have asked numerous times if the international exams have a time frame and he said no there is no time frame I can write whenever I am ready. To my surprise few months ago I got a communication saying that I have forfeited the money I have paid for the 4 International exams that I was told I could write when I’m ready and told if by December I’m not done I’ll loose all the money paid. How is that possible when I have asked about time frames numerous times and was informed that there is no time frame I can write whenever I am ready. Where does forfeiting come from now? And also I was only given 3 text books when I have fully registered for 5 modules . Boston Rosebank have literally been my worst nightmare ever since I registered with them . My money taken and no one being held accountable.
