Marketing Qualification

I registered with Boston Arcadia but l never completed all my modules so l relocated to Roodeport where l re-registered to complete my outstanding subjects in 2013 and l graduated later that year. I never received my Qualification but l was told l would receive it beginning of the year of 2014. when the qualification came through l was shocked to see that it was a certificate rather that a formal Qualification which only had the three subjects completed at Roodeport College.I was strong disappoint as l found no aid to a point that l bad mouthed the college everywhere l went but it all changed when l got a promotion at my workplace and they thought my certificate was ***** and l had to go back at Boston to get a standard letter that showed l did register with them and l passed my modules. I was assisted by a friendly staff who was more than willing to help. The College Principal dropped and cancelled everything she was doing and attending to my situation as l was pressed for time. she assured me that l will be sorted in two days time as this had dragged for long. in short she turned my miserable moment into a magical moment.
