Lethargic academic structure

Imagine writing exams just for your college to have a flawed online system that makes you use an app and URL that disconnects your wifi ruling it null in void. I had to play technical support like its a practical for an IT assignment just to log in into the app when I was trying to study for HR and not the latter. worse now I have 2 days left to write two subjects and I'm escalating the situation to lethargicness and despondency because I'm not important enough for the branch manager to meet but they have the nerve to harass my mother for tuition fees but can't properly facilitate my exams. I talked to someone at the desk who in no way communicated my circumstance to my student advisor effectively and wasn't planning on even calling me back regardless of the urgency of the matter. There is no way you can employ students and expect them to study and be effective student advisors to other students when they are also on their academic schedule but now I'm expected to communicate my displeasures to them, I should've read the reviews because Boston is now being made out to look like re-write cashgrabbers
